BCR NEWS (New Delhi):┬аDirector Sachin Gupta and the Producer Yogesh Jindal along with the team of Chhota Bheem was in the capital ┬аfor the press conference of ┬атАШChhota Bheem The MusicalтАЩ looking forward towards the response and enthusiasm of the locals for its upcoming live theatre . Chhota Bheem and Chutki danced to the tunes of its title song and entertained the crowd .The shows are scheduled to be from 24th -26th July, 2015. There will be in total 9 shows where first day will have 3 shows , second day 4 shows and the third day 3 shows . Entire Siri Fort auditorium has been designed like Dholakpur and the experience will take you live into the Chhota Bheems television world.
Sachin Gupta had made his Bollywood debut as Director-Writer with тАШParanthe Wali GaliтАЩ. His second film is тАШThoda Lutf Thoda IshqтАЩ. The mega musical theatre has almost a team of 55 actors who have worked day long and nights off for this musical extravaganza. ItтАЩs the first time ever that any theatre is being produced on Chhota Bheem stories and character. Recipient of National Award┬атАЬNatya BhushanтАЭ, theatre ┬аstalwart Sachin Gupta has directed and produced three off Broadway Productions with international cast and crew, out of which one was a musical. SachinтАЩs sojourn into theatre started when he was 12 yrs old. Till date he has staged 90 shows of 13 of his original plays around the world working as an Actor, Director & Playwright including his award winning Off Broadway play тАШCelebration of lifeтАЩ, тАШHandicapped CityтАЩ & тАШKailashnath weds MadhumatiтАЩ which he staged Off-Broadway, New York & in Toronto,Canada, receiving huge appreciation. While staging shows, he also studied Acting at prestigious Lee Strasberg Film Institute, New York & at Fanshawe College, Canada. He learnt nuances of Shakespearean acting at the prestigious Emerson College in US.

Written and directed by Sachin Gupta, they addressed various sensitive and important social issues. He has also formed a Theatre laboratory & a Drama Therapy centre and has trained more than 300 actors in various Acting programs under the Acting School he began in 2004.
