BCR NEWS (New Delhi): Kunal Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla, Gulshan Grover along with the film’s director Neela Madhab Panda and producer Lauren promoted ‘Kaun Kitney Paani Mein’ at National Sports Club of India, Delhi. The organizers welcomed them by presenting a bouquet and shawls.
Set against backdrop of odisha, Kaun Kitney Paani Mein revolves around the story of two villages fighting over water reservoir, where one village suffers from water scarcity the other has abundant of water. And so is the story when love blooms between Kunal Kapoor and Radhika Apte living in these two different villages. Directed by national award winning director Neela Madhab Panda whose ‘I am Kalam’ is still in the minds of people, the film will feature Saurabh Shukla and Gulshan Grover too.
Kunal Kapoor who Is returning to big screen after 3 years when asked why he took such long gap, he said “there’s no particular reason for that.I just feel that instead of doing the work you don’t believe in,just so that you have a release every coming year or 3, 4 releases a year, it’s important to choose the work you’re excited about”
When asked about the recent piracy incident of ‘Manjhi’, the director of the film Neela Madhab Panda said “We all get scared up with this word piracy but I am really happy to see that Indian audiences have changed. like if you look at the collection of the film Manjhi, then it’s really good which shows that people are not supporting piracy and are watching the film in theatres”
The perfect comic timing of Saurabh Shukla in the trailer is impeccable. when asked what does film’s tagline is all about, he said ” it means how far will you go to get that water back and for that everybody is willing to play dirty in the quest of that shortcut to bring the water in their village”
Well with film’s interesting tagline as ‘When there is no water, you have to play dirty’, the film believes to tickle your funny bone with some really interesting one liners on 28th August.
