BCR NEWS (Mumbai): After her successful stint in the Bigg Boss house during season 5, Shradha Sharma is now all set for her Kannada filmAniveshi’s release.
Remember Shradha Sharma? Well, she’s the starlet who was seen as a prominent contestant in the fifth season of Bigg Boss. Currently, she’s waiting with a bated breath for her Kannada venture Aniveshi directed by National Award winning director Vemgal Jaganath Rao.
The film is a suspense thriller and the main plot revolves around ragging.
“I play a glamorous college girl who indulges in ragging. The story changes track, when one of the students, who have been ragged by me, gets murdered,” she informs.
We queried Shradha on her experience on doing films and TV both? To which she replied, “It is usually assumed that those associated with films would not be open to doing TV. But now with most film actors making a foray into the medium, the myth has been busted. I am open to doing TV shows too.”
She further adds, “Television will always be my first love. The sheer reach makes it a powerful medium. Big Boss helped me become a household name. I have also done other reality shows and worked in serials like Suno Har Dil Kuch Kehta Hai and Saarthi earlier.”
