Pooja Misra finally slaps a defamation and career sabotage case against Sunny Leone!

BCR NEWS (Mumbai): It is common knowledge that there is a war brewing between Actress/Producer Pooja Misra and Sunny Leone ever since there stay together on the reality show Big boss 5 on Colors!

Well it has been very evident by sunny leones actions and behaviour what with her getting a cheap replica called pooja mishra on Mtv splitsvilla 7 as a contestant to prove her superiority.

It comes as great relief that Pooja has finally spoken up after stoically tolerating sunny leones nuisance for over 5 years.

The complainant states that she was the most popular contestant on Big Boss 5 on Colors channel, the Accused was roped into the show at a much later stage as a wild card entry out of sheer malice and jealousy just to overshadow unsuspecting innocent victim of a complainant. Sunny Leone like a wannabe seeking attention just to be in the limelight started giving defamatory interviews against the complainant who at that time was everyone’s favorite and was on various news channels everyday due to her presence on the show….Big Boss…. Sunny Leone did this just to get eyeballs .

When my client got out of bigg boss she was featured on the cover of showtime magazine

In that article my client had mentioned her dressing style was much appreciated on big boss and she was soon going to auction the clothes she wore on the show for charity….

Almost immediately sunny leone declared that she was going to auction her lingerie for charity there again plagiarising my clients and shamelessly trying to overshadow my client aimlessly….

My client was upset however went ahead and did an auction at taj palace Hotel during the couture fashion week which sunny leone could not fathom therefore through her lobby in the media got defamatory articles taken out about my clients auction as enlisted below…thereby proving once again that she was out to ruin my clients career.

4.That When complainant herein Pooja Misrra was appointed as a brand ambassador for PETA, the Accused Sunny Leone quickly followed suit and did a campaign almost right after Complainant as though she was racing with complainant for no rhyme or reason. Infact HT CAFE and HT CITY carried cover stories comparing the two brand ambassadors wherein Sunny Leone the Accused was endlessly praised and Pooja Misrra the complainant was endlessly defamed. This was done to defame the complainant and to sabotage the complainants career.The article dated-18.04.2012. Hereto annexed and marked EXHIBIT-B is the copy of the said article.

The Complainant states that the Accused Sunny Leone did not stop there, as it seemed her existence depended on defaming and conspiring the Complainant downfall, which is punishable under criminal conspiracy 120 b. The accused Sunny Leone was seen schemingly concocting another dirty plan to defame the Complainant when Sunny Leone was appointed as the judge and anchor of a reality show called….. “Splittsvilla -7” on the channel MTV. The accused purposely got a contestant on the show called ‘Pooja Misra’

Which is a name identical to complainant, This was done to show complainant as somebody who is smaller/inferior than Sunny Leone thereby asserting her superiority, as the fake Pooja Misra planted on MTV “Splittsvilla-7” to humiliate/defame complainant, was a contestant and the Accused Sunny Leone was the judge and anchor. That’s not all Sunny Leone had the cheek of getting the MTV crew to call the Complainant Pooja Misrra to be a contestant in Splitsvilla 8 upfront in April 2015, trying to prove complainant as someone smaller/junior than Sunny Leone, when in fact complainant has been in the Indian Showbiz industry longer and is in fact is senior to the Accused Sunny Leone.

The complainant states that as though thinking Accuser’s criminal activities were going unobserved/ unnoticed Accuser’s continued to try to sabotage complainant career which is punishable by section 500. When complainant was appointed as a brand ambassador for Broomstick [http://bubblesbollywood.blogspot.in/2013/05/brand-ambassador-pooja-misrra-at-pre.html], a social networking site, the Accused’s Sunny Leone’s husband Dannielle called up the C.E.O. of Broomstick for a year sometimes clearly stating please remove the complainant Pooja Misra as a brand ambassador and take Sunny Leone instead. When the CEO clearly told Dannielle that he was not interested as Broomstick will only be endorsed by Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan or Pooja Misra, dannielle offered Sunny Leone for a night of sex to the CEO so that by hook or by crook they ruin the complainant’s career and usurp her endorsement deal.

In fact their nefarious activities reached such a cheap level, that once when the complainant Pooja Misrra was visiting Mumbai, and was in the middle of meetings at the Sahara Star coffee shop, Dannielle [sunny Leones] husband stormed into the coffee shop just to see who my client was meeting, so that he could steal the job/project under discussion in my clients meeting so that he could steal/cheat it and give it to Sunny Leone. When my client saw this she just left.

As though this constant pressure was not enough in each of sunny Leones film be it RAGINI MMS. …MASTIZADE Sunny after keeping close tabs on Complainant personal and professional life kept showcasing the reality of Complainants life in her songs and movie script thereby trying to provoke Complainant and prove to the world at large that indeed sunny Leone was Pooja Misra. Which is a clear cut indication that sunny Leone is suffering from multiple personality disorder and schizophrenia as she thinks she is Pooja Misra. This is not only a hazard to my client but society at large as sunny Leone is a glorified psychotic on the loose who needs to be imprisoned or sent to a mental hospital!

The Complainant states that the Accused due to her acts as aforesaid defamed the Complainant and tarnished her image in the eyes of public at large and film industry.

The Complainant states that in view of the afore said facts and circumstances this is the fit case to issuance process against the Accused under section 500 r/w 120 b of the Indian Penal Code.

The Complainant therefore prays that;

This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue the process against the accused under section 500 r/w 120 b of IPC, and may be tried the accused and also may be punished the Accused accordingly.

For other and further reliefs may be granted in favour of the Complainant as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper.
