Kaju katli recipe – How to make kaju katali – Kaju ki Barfi – Cashew Burfi

Kaju katli are smooth and melt in mouth chunks of cashew goodness. This recipe of cashew fudge is best even for the beginners.
Ingredients
Cashew – 1 1/4 cup (200 grams)
Sugar – ½ cup (100 grams)
Ghee – 2 tsp
Directions
Getting ready:
1.Grind the cashews into fine powder in a mixer grinder.
Making:
2.To make kaju katli, prepare sugar syrup first. For this, place sugar and 3 tbsp of water in a wok to simmer until the syrup reaches one-thread consistency. Then add the cashew powder in the wok and cook on low flame by stirring constantly till the mixture attains binding consistency.
3.Later, transfer the mixture on a greased plate and let it cool down. When the mixture cools down, roll into big ball with greased hands. Place the mixture ball on greased butter paper and roll out gently with greased rolling pin into square shape.
4.Refrigerate the cashew mixture for 10 to 15 minutes. Then cut it into desired shape katli and transfer the kaju katli on a plate.
Serving:
5.Serve this mouth-drooling kaju katli straight away.
