When a movie sets the bar so low for itself, who are we to interfere?
Dabangg 3 will not disappoint fans of Salman Khan and Chulbul Pandey but it will surely let down who expected some great Direction and light hearted Chulbul giri.
Dabangg 3 is a prequel of Dabangg franchise. While watching Dabangg 3 we find out what Chulbul’s real name is, the reason he wears his eyeshades on the back of his shirt collar, and the source of the infamous line about perforating the body with numerous holes. We also learn that before Chulbul met and married Rajjo (Sonakshi Sinha), he loved Khushi (Saiee Manjrekar), though just how this contributes to Chulbul’s evolution apart from giving him something new to do the third time round is never clear.
Chulbul’s actions bring him in the crosshairs of Bali (Sudeep), who turns out to be an old adversary from his hidden past.
Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha will not disappoint to their audiences.Cinematography, Editing, Stunt Direction is something to look up to. Song choreography will remind you of many songs choreographed by Prabhudeva in past. Not only steps but also the look and feel of songs. Sajid Wajid took promotional peppy song ‘ Munna Badnam Hua’ very lightly as you will find it little off beat at some places.
Film looks like that every second scene will lead to a new song or a new action sequences or to both. Overall it is an average film. Chulbul fan can still go and watch it.
