Its just yesterday, Alia Bhatt had shared an appreciation post celebrating her 50 million followers on Instagram. But now the actress’ Insta following has dropped to 49.9 million.
The last few months have been tough for Alia Bhatt. After Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic demise in June, many started targeting Alia amid the nepotism debate. Things got so bad that the actress had to limit comments on her Instagram. During that time, Alia’s following on Insta also took a hit.
Alia, however, did not let the negativity affect her. The actress, who recently completed eight years in the film industry, shared an appreciation post on Insta yesterday, celebrating her 50 million followers. But it looks like that this happiness was short-lived. Alia’s following on Insta has now fallen to 49.9 million.
Meanwhile, in her appreciation post, Alia wrote that “No one has the right to make anyone feel any less or greater by the touch of a button. A part of her post read, “Because no like or dislike.. no follow or unfollow..no troll or poll can take who YOU are away from yourself.”
Earlier today, Alia was seen celebrating her mom Soni Razdan’s birthday. The Bhatts hosted an intimate birthday bash, which was also attended by Alia’s beau Ranbir Kapoor along with his mother Neetu Singh and sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. Riddhima had also shared a happy photo from the bash on Insta.
