BCR NEWS (Ajay Shastri/New Delhi): On Thursday, the 16th additional chief metropolitan magistrate court of Hyderabad ordered the Saidabad police to register a case against controversial All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi, the younger brother of Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi for repeating his “15-minute” hate speech against Hindus.

According to the reports, K Karunasagar, a Hyderabad based advocate had filed a petition before the said court, alleging Chandrayangutta MLA, Akbaruddin Owaisi of making hate speech on July 23, during a public meeting ‘Jalsa-e-Yaad-e-Fakhr-e-Millat (A.R)’ in Karimnagar, and requested it to take action.

During the public meeting in Karimnagar in Telangana, Owaisi had said the RSS had not yet recovered from the “15-minute blow” he had delivered in his 2012 speech. Addressing a crowd Akbaruddin Owaisi had resorted to fear-mongering and attempted to incite violence against Hindus by raking up the issues of alleged lynchings against minorities.

“No person from RSS or Bajrang Dal can even touch our hair and remember, remember, the world tries to scare the person who gets scared. And world fears the person who knows how to instil fear why do they hate Akbaruddin Owaisi? Why? A single blow of a blacksmith is equal to a hundred blows of a goldsmith. They (RSS) haven’t yet recovered from the ’15 minute’ blow,’” the junior Owaisi had said in the speech on July 23, repeating this ’15 minutes’ threat.

In the inflammatory speech he delivered in 2013, Akbaruddin Owaisi had said that if police are removed for 15 minutes, “we (Muslims) will finish 100 crore Hindus”.

Earlier, Karunasagar had alleged that he lodged a complaint with the Saidabad police on July 26, but the police failed to register a case for investigation. He also alleged that Akbaruddin Owaisi deliberately made a speech to promote enmity between religions.

After examining the petition, the court directed the Saidabad police to register a case against Akbaruddin Owaisi and also submit a report to the court by December 23. The court directed the Saidabad police to register a case under Section 153,153 A, 153B and 506 of IPC.
