BCR NEWS (New Delhi): Mansi Gulati, Mrs. India International 2015 Conducted A Massive Yoga Session with Children’s at Qutab Minar on 9th August 2017. This Yoga Session will initiate her campaign to spread an awareness on “Save Indian Monuments” – Mansi Gulati fondly called as Lady Ramdev Baba is will also conduct mega yoga session at Red Fort Delhi on 1st September 2017 with a Message to the nation “Save Indian Monuments”. Many More Yoga Session will be conducted throughout the nation at all important monuments of the nation to spread the awareness of healthy living along with the importance of Indian Culture, its heritage, and its monuments.
The Yoga Session at Historical Qutub Minar witness the presence of Hon’ble Union Minister of Culture- Shri. Dr.Mahesh Sharma along with Hon’ble Union Minister of State- AYUSH- Shri. Shripad Yesso Naik. The Yoga Session also had the presence of many school children-youngsters and many yoga enthusiasts.
Swami Satyananda Saraswati, in his ‘Asana Pranayama’, stated: “Yoga is not an ancient myth buried in oblivion. It is the most valuable inheritance of the present. It is the essential need of today and the culture of tomorrow.” Yoga is the science of right living with unity. It establishes integration and harmony between thought, feeling, and deed.
Mansi Gulati,- Mrs. India Asia International 2015 and an international Yoga exponent has been working in the field of Yoga for over 15 years and has developed a concept of ‘Face Yoga’, a natural exercise for the upper shoulders in addition to various other yoga exercises.
Mansi has been conducting lectures cum workshops and camps at various locations in the country and is working in close coordination with the Ministry of Ayush & Center for Cultural Resources and Training, Archaeological Survey of India and the Government of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. She has conducted workshops for Telangana State Police Academy, Military establishments at Hyderabad as also at the Eastern Naval Command at Visakhapatnam. She has been giving yoga training in all India prisons, Universities and schools and has conducted sessions for inmates at Tihar Jail, Delhi, Yerwada Jail at Pune and Chanchalguda Jail at Hyderabad.
Speaking on the Occasion- International Yoga Exponent – Mansi Gulati said “I am all set to conduct Yoga sessions at Historical sites all over the country. Initiating with Qutab Minar at Delhi on 09 August 2017, which will be followed by Red Fort on 01 Sep 2017, I will be conducting these programs in collaboration with the Ministry of AYUSH and has coordinated with the Archaeological Survey of India to use the historical sites. She further added, “My aim is to spread the message of healthy living as also to promote Indian Culture through Yoga and promote Tourism by conducting Yoga at these historical sites”.
