BCR NEWS (New Delhi): Youth Congress organised a ‘Prathna Sabha’ over the Badwani issue, in Madhya Pradesh. A few days back local administration at Badwani Gandhi ji’s samadhi was broken to dug out the ashes of Gandhi ji, Kasturba Gandhi and Mahadev Desai without informing anyone. The ashes were being taken in Municipal thrash truck to the other location, when people got to know about it.
It is one of the saddest incident that has occurred in country today. Where on one hand nation is talking about ‘Swach Bharat’ in the name of Gandhi ji on the other hand his ashes are placed in a thrash truck.
Hence, senior leaders of Congress joined today at Rajghatta, to protest against this horrendous act of administration under the influence of Government. Senior Congress Leader and Ex-MP Miss Meenakshi Natarajan also joined the Sabha and said that this is the most disrespectful incident that has occurred and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan should regret and apologise for this hurtful action
This Prathna Sabha was led by IYC Secretary Sitaram Lamba , Joined by Senior Congress Leader and Ex-MP Miss Meenakshi Natarajan all DPYC office bearers were present along with all youth congress activists.
